Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

ERP International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team in support of Behavioral Health/Primary Care services at the Eglin Hospital, Eglin AFB, FL.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in clinical social work, with a focus on providing evidence-based individual counseling to patients within a mental health or healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and provide evidence-based individual counseling to patients within a mental health or healthcare facility.
  • Work collaboratively with primary care managers to manage the overall health of enrolled populations.
  • Participate in group medical appointments, including Shared Medical Appointments (SMA) and Drop-in Group Medical Appointments (DIGMA), as requested by the primary care manager.
  • Deliver brief presentations/trainings to primary care team members regarding behavioral health issues and IBHC services.
  • Provide technical direction and clinical insight into relevant projects being conducted at the site of service.
  • Maintain accurate and current notes in the electronic medical records of all patients contacted for review by the managing physician.
  • Effectively manage a full daily patient load, as defined by the Mental Health Business Practice Standards and BHOP Manual, completing approximately 8-14 patient encounters per day.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a School of Social Work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
  • At least 12 months of experience in the last 24 months with assessing and providing evidence-based individual counseling to patients within a mental health or healthcare facility.
  • Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker from any state.
  • Current AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
  • Ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.
