Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at CCS. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing mental health services to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for providing clinical social work services to individuals, families, and groups. This includes assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical social work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical social work services to clients, including individual, family, and group therapy
  • Assess client needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)-accredited program
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical social work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including military personnel and their families
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs)
