Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at CCS. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing mental health services to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for providing clinical social work services to individuals, families, and groups. This includes assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to promote mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • At least 2 years of experience in clinical social work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a government setting or with military personnel
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapies and treatment modalities
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance
