Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at Pharmavise. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide mental health services to our clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide mental health services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that clients receive the best possible care.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide counseling and therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions.
  • Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Document client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in clinical social work.

Requirements:
  • Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree from a graduate school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
  • Current, unrestricted license to practice Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • At least three (3) years post-licensure experience in the independent practice of Clinical Social Work within the past five (5) years.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Clearance.
  • Working knowledge of professional standards and ethics regarding the delivery of Clinical Social Worker programs.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer utilizing word processing, databases, and data analysis software, spreadsheet programs, and electronic medical records.
  • Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Work Environment:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work on-site at the Cannon AFB, New Mexico. The work environment is a fast-paced, dynamic setting that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
