Job Description

Aircraft Spruce & Specialty Co. is the largest distributor of general aviation parts and supplies in the USA. We have 8 locations across the US, Canada, and Australia. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that values teamwork, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer/vendor refunds. This involves analyzing credit balance listings, preparing necessary documents, and advising purchasing and customer service teams on additional information required to finalize refund processing.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience dealing with customer/vendor returns, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong math skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as experience with accounting software, is essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement savings plan after one full year of employment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
