Job Overview
RimePro Inc is seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Project Coordinator to oversee the successful execution of commercial PV projects from intake through to completion.

About the Role
This critical position requires a proactive and organized individual with strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement processes and technological solutions for efficient project execution
- Oversee projects from engineering approval through inspection to completion
- Manage up to 20-30 commercial solar projects annually
- Coordinate project timelines, technical details, and process information with sales and installation teams
- Ensure accurate purchasing and project coordination
- Lead design review meetings with customers and internal teams
- Proactively communicate project status and next steps to customers and stakeholders
- Coordinate and address any required project corrections
- Secure AHJ approvals and permit issuance
- Maintain project budgets and ensure timely project execution

Requirements
- Proven experience in project coordination, ideally with a focus on renewable energy or construction
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive communication style
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams

Compensation and Benefits
- Estimated annual salary: $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience
