Job Summary
Sentara Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Unit Coordinator to provide clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in nursing practice for assigned specialty areas and lead safety and quality initiatives. This role requires 18 months of nursing experience and a BSN degree.

Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department
Lead safety and quality initiatives
Focus on and simplify workflow
Contribute to the development of staff

Requirements:
18 months of nursing experience
BSN degree
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Professional Specialty Nursing Certification preferred
