As customers may inquire about different products and strains, it is essential for the Retail Sales Associate to possess comprehensive knowledge to assist them effectively.

This role requires ongoing product training to ensure familiarity with LeafedIn's offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
  • Process all sales transactions accurately.
  • Manage cash handling at the point of sale.
  • Oversee retail inventory and product displays.

  • Conduct end-of-day inventory counts and report needs for replenishment.
