Thoracic Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Thoracic Pathologist to join our team at the University of Rochester Medical Center. As a key member of our Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, you will play a critical role in providing expert diagnostic services and contributing to the advancement of our research programs.

• Provide expert diagnostic services in thoracic pathology, including the interpretation of biopsy and surgical specimens
• Contribute to the development of new diagnostic techniques and treatments in thoracic disease
• Collaborate with other members of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine to advance our research programs
• Participate in the education and training of pathology residents and medical students

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

• A medical degree (MD or equivalent) and completion of a Thoracic Pathology Fellowship Program
• Board certification/eligibility in anatomic pathology and a medical license in the State of New York
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
