Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to each and every customer, ensuring their experience meets our high standards.
  • Operate a cash register and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Count and manage cash and maintain the security of our revenue.
  • Make change and issue receipts or tickets to customers for each transaction.
  • Compute or recompute bills from tickets, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
  • Quote prices for parking services and provide directions to city locations.
  • Assist customers with their queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the booth and surrounding area.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure a proper inventory of necessary work aids and supplies.
  • Verify log of shift transactions against bank of revenue on hand.
  • Compile and record amounts received, cars in/out of facility, and cars left in facility.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than one month of related experience or training preferred.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license required, if applicable.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
