As a Senior Financial Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving D365 F&O and other accounting systems, as well as leading projects to enhance financial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead incident and task support for financial systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
- Collaborate with the Business Applications Team to provide expert support and administration of all financial systems
- Document and maintain comprehensive knowledge of department processes and systems
- Partner with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and enhancements in financial systems and processes
- Lead the development and coordination of testing of improvements and system updates
- Provide end-user functional training and support for financial systems and processes
- Liaise with the Enterprise Technology department regarding financial system configuration and needs
- Maintain integrations between related systems and manage solution design assessments and scheduling system and process updates
- Responsible for the accounting functions of the accounting reporting systems and their impact on the financial statements and operational reports
- Ensure the integrity of the monthly system accounting data affecting financial reporting
- Lead mergers and acquisitions system integration processes
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and streamlining of financial processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial systems and technologies
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or information systems, with an emphasis on analytics and financial systems
- Expertise in core financial and operational business processes such as General Ledger, Revenue Recognition, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sales Tax, and Financial Reporting
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O required
- Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
- Customer-focused mindset and approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and change management skills to effectively present ideas, plans, and processes to stakeholders
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, management, other departments, and external agencies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Highly organized with the ability to set priorities and work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical background with experience in process analysis, risk and control identification, and problem-solving
- Expertise in accounting applications and systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong information management skills to translate data into usable information, experience developing and maintaining reports and dashboards in PowerBI preferred
- Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior staff
- Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Additional Opportunity Details:
Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $102,900 - $139,200
* Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job-specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role, and comparison to other employees already in this role
