Senior Leadership Role: Digital Financial Crimes and Compliance

Momentum Search is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Digital Financial Crimes and Compliance program. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, governance, and oversight to ensure the effective management of financial crime risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to mitigate financial crime risks, including BSA/AML/OFAC compliance and fraud risk management.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory guidance, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess relevant risks, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, industry partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging financial crime threats and regulatory developments to ensure proactive risk management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial crimes and compliance, with a strong understanding of BSA/AML/OFAC regulations.
  • Strategic leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive change and improve processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess complex risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
