Montessori Substitute Educator

Guidepost Montessori is continuously seeking adaptable substitute educators to join our on-call roster. Are you interested in stepping into the role of a Substitute Educator? This position will assist various mixed-age Montessori classrooms, including infant, toddler, kindergarten, and elementary levels. No prior Montessori experience is required to apply, as we will offer comprehensive training during your orientation and onboarding process.

This is an on-call role where you will be contacted as needed to provide coverage for full-time educators who are unavailable due to illness or vacation. Our facilities cater to children from birth to 6 years old. You have the flexibility to substitute at multiple campuses.

The Substitute Educator position serves as an excellent entry point into Guidepost Montessori. Many of our substitutes eventually transition into full-time Assistant or Lead Educator roles as new opportunities arise. Work hours and days will vary based on the school's requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skillsFriendly and approachable personalityPreferred candidates will have ECE units or recent experience teaching children aged 0-6
