Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Lending Coordinator to provide clerical support for commercial lending activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business loan programs and service requirements, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support for commercial lending activities, including typing, preparing, and filing documents.
  • Open and sort mail, and distribute it to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with loan processing, including making transfers, processing loan payments, and tracking insurance on business loans.
  • Maintain and organize business files, and make address changes as needed.
  • Provide high-quality and professional service to customers, including answering questions and resolving issues in a courteous and prompt manner.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with business loan programs and service requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong typing abilities and proficiency in basic business equipment.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 40 hours per week.
