Job Description

We are seeking a talented Claims and Underwriting Project Lead to join our team at North Carolina League of Municipalities (NCLM). As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment and execution of Insurance Claims and Underwriting Software.

In this position, you will oversee the migration of On-Premises Claims and Underwriting Software to New SaaS Solutions, data conversion, integration, business requirements documentation, and staff training. You will also coordinate internal and external meetings, develop project plans, and ensure strict adherence to deadlines.

We require a highly organized and motivated individual with at least 5 years of experience in project management or implementation. Your exceptional communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and capacity to think critically will be essential in driving the success of this role.

Estimated salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year.

Scope of Work
  • Migrate On-Premises Claims and Underwriting Software to New SaaS Solutions.
  • Transition databases and content from current platforms to new ones by mapping and documenting necessary fields and information for a seamless migration.
  • Update APIs and interfaces to integrate third-party partners with the new Claims and Underwriting solutions.
  • Enhance user workflows and experiences by improving business processes and automating steps.
  • Train staff to ensure effective usage and adoption of the new solution.
