Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our boutique coffee shop, Coffee Uplifts People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail or hospitality management role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with online collaboration tools, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.
