  • Develop expert-level product knowledge by familiarizing yourself with store inventory and soliciting product information from colleagues.
  • Communicate customer questions, concerns, and feedback to the team in a professional and timely manner.
  • Demonstrate a positive and warm attitude, promoting a strong sense of teamwork, especially during peak hours and seasons.
  • Assist with restocking items and overall inventory management.
  • Provide a professional and friendly phone experience when answering store phone calls.
  • Accurately execute end-of-day settlements.


Requirements:

  • Passionate about fashion and a keen eye for styling.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is highly desired.
  • One year of fashion retail experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service.
  • Open availability to work regular weekend shifts and some holidays.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively.
  • Positive, outgoing, and engaging personality.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to receive feedback from customers and remain calm under pressure.
  • Desire and motivation to go above and beyond the call of duty.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours and carry up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.


Availability Requirements:

Shift Hours: 5 Hours
Weekdays: At least 2 weekdays
Weekend: At least 1 day

Job Types: Part Time

Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour
