We are in search of a skilled RF Systems Engineering Specialist to enhance our innovative team.

Your role will involve spearheading Airborne RADAR management, crafting sophisticated signal processing algorithms, and establishing high-fidelity simulation frameworks for performance assessment and software validation.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and contribute to the design, development, and execution of Airborne RADAR systems.

2. Develop and refine signal processing algorithms to improve RADAR efficiency.

3. Create and sustain high-fidelity simulation environments for thorough performance assessment and software validation.

4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

5. Utilize C++ for the development, testing, and optimization of software components vital to RADAR systems.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Expertise in Signal Processing.

2. Familiarity with RADAR signal processing principles, including Detection, Estimation, and Tracking.

3. Experience with RF, RADAR, or Communications Systems.

4. Proficient in MATLAB (advanced to intermediate level).

5. Intermediate proficiency in C++.

6. Experience with Simulation Frameworks.

7. Background in software development.

8. Familiarity with Gitlab and Git.

9. Experience with Agile Framework.

Active Secret Clearance is required to commence

Desired Skills:

1. Experience with JIRA.

2. Knowledge of advanced RADAR signal processing techniques.

3. Understanding of missile systems and SWAPC-constrained systems.

Security Clearance Statement: This position necessitates a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Remote Telework:

The selected employee will work part of their schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.


Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports various alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week, while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules offer employees additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
