Compensation
The total compensation typically ranges from $90K to $130K annually. This figure combines base salary with an incentive plan designed to help you reach your compensation goals.

Paid Vacation Structure:
- 1 Year: 40 hours
- 2 Years: 80 hours
- 3 Years: 100 hours
- 5 Years: 120 hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide Service, Maintenance, and Installation Technicians.
- Ensure comprehensive training for HVAC Apprentices.
- Recruit, interview, train, manage, and assess field technicians.
- Conduct ride-alongs with technicians to provide constructive feedback.
- Guarantee that all repairs and installations adhere to the highest quality standards and obtain necessary permits.
- Communicate and monitor team goals effectively.
- Manage workloads and schedules to optimize manpower and profitability.
- Dispatch technicians efficiently.
- Assist technicians with on-site challenges.
- Facilitate weekly team meetings.
- Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure departmental operations comply with regulations and safety standards.
- Promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Provide management with insights on market trends, revenue opportunities, and customer concerns.
- Manage departmental budget and achieve gross margin targets.
- Meet or exceed company objectives.
- Maximize lead opportunities and retain Club Membership clients.
- Oversee inventory, equipment, and service fleet management.
- Review and approve new products and services.
- Perform clerical duties related to field technician paperwork, personnel evaluations, and expense reports.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by upper management.
- Uphold and educate the team on the company's Code of Ethics, Team Rules, and Team Philosophy.
- Allocate one-third of your time to recruiting, one-third to training, and one-third to supervising and motivating your team for effective management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of current code requirements
- Understanding of accounting and finance as it pertains to the industry
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:

- Occasional climbing of stairs
- Moderate lifting may be required
- Ability to work over 40 hours per week and up to 12 hours per day
Work Environment:
- Frequent communication and listening using headsets
- Prolonged periods of sitting and using hands/fingers across keyboards or mice
