Nurse Care Specialist

BRIA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications and developing individualized care plans.
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care and support.
- Chart and maintain accurate documentation for residents, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and residents.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher.
- Valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least one year of experience in long-term care.
- Competitive hourly wage ($35-$38 per hour).
