Job Summary

BRIA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications and developing individualized care plans.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Chart and maintain accurate documentation for residents, including medical histories and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and residents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher.
  • Valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least one year of experience in long-term care.
