Job Title: Pediatric Home Health Care Nurse

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. As a Pediatric Home Health Care Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, executing physicians' prescribed plans of care, and documenting care provided in our system of record.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
Qualifications:
  • Current RN license in good standing
  • At least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
