Job Summary

PNC is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Fraud Program Manager III to lead our fraud prevention efforts. As a key member of our Strategic Services and Enterprise Architecture organization, you will be responsible for overseeing a fraud program management group and implementing a real-time fraud detection and prevention system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of project managers to ensure the execution of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy, with a focus on fraud prevention.
  • Manage the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs, influencing project decisions to achieve overall program goals.
  • Oversight and accountability for the program budget, while working to ensure success of the program.
  • Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommend enhancements to programs based on results.
  • Collaborate with service partner leadership to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels.
Requirements
  • University/college degree in a relevant field, with higher level education such as a Master's degree or PhD desirable.
  • 8+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years of prior management experience.
  • Strong program management skills in a complex platform development/deployment effort, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Experience working with the Actimize fraud platform is a plus.

  • Problem Solving - Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems, with the ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Project Administration - Knowledge of, and ability to use, organizational strategies, practices, and tools for administering projects.
  • Project Management - Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources, to achieve project objectives.
