Automotive Customer Service Specialist

We are currently in search of Customer Service Specialists to enhance our team. Utilize your interpersonal skills to create a welcoming environment for our clients. - Competitive Compensation based on experience and performance; ranging from $50K to $200K
- Provide a warm and courteous greeting to all service department customers
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and communicate repair requirements to technicians
- Promote additional services in a respectful and informative manner
- Deliver precise estimates for repair and maintenance services
- Adhere to dealership policies regarding vehicle care and operations
- Maintain communication with customers regarding the status of their repairs
- Manage and sell extended warranty options
- Ensure quality control of repairs and confirm completion of all tasks
- Notify customers when their vehicles are ready for collection
- Clarify repairs and associated costs to customers
- Address minor customer concerns and resolve complaints
- Keep the Service Manager updated on any issues or potential challenges
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in line with dealership standards
- Prior experience in a customer service role within the automotive sector is preferred
- Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Strong organizational abilities
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Compliance with all relevant laws and company policies regarding customer and company information
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass background checks, Motor Vehicle Record checks, and drug screenings
- Possession of a valid driver's license
