ACI Learning is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key player in sales enablement and data analysis, you will drive continuous improvement in sales performance, enhance revenue growth, and inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Design and implement enablement programs that drive sales productivity at all levels, from onboarding new hires to accelerating the performance of seasoned sales professionals.
  • Develop and maintain real-time dashboards that provide insights into key metrics and KPIs, driving data-informed decisions across the organization.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging, objectives, and execution of enablement programs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales analytics, revenue enablement, sales operations, or in a SaaS or EdTech environment.
  • Master-level proficiency in data analysis, with hands-on experience using data visualization tools such as SFDC Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering enablement programs that impact sales productivity and performance, with a focus on reducing ramp times and enhancing quota attainment.
