Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Manage the day-to-day account relationship, including developing and executing strategies to ensure retention and growth.
  • Customer Relationship: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal matrix partners to support achievement of strategic alignment.
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) Performance: Ensure SLA performance, accuracy of claims payment, and adherence to administrative policies.
  • Rate Maximization: Analyze and optimize rates to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
  • Compliance: Coordinate with the compliance department to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a client audit schedule.
  • Reporting: Define customer reports, ensure coordination with the client, and analyze data to provide executive summaries and recommendations for program improvement.
  • Financial Management: Ensure revenue goals are met, cost of care and administrative expenses are managed, and segment profit targets are achieved.
  • Upsell/Product/Growth: Analyze account benefits and develop opportunities for growth, drive up-sell and renewal activities, and negotiate rates and contractual terms with customers.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' relevant experience in account management, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a combination of education and work experience.
