About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Technician II to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing complex electronic and mechanical components, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and test electronic and mechanical components with precision and attention to detail
  • Ensure lab equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
  • Support preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems
  • Identify equipment requirements and process improvements
  • Execute test procedures for component and system level testing
  • Receive and coordinate shipments and deliveries
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of relevant high-traceability manufacturing experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on work experience in Electrical-Mechanical Assembly, Final Integration, and/or Harness Integration
  • 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced production environment
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with precision torque, measurement, and inspection devices
Preferred Qualifications
  • Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) and/or Avionics certification/license
  • ASE certification and/or equivalent experience
  • CFOT certification and/or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware, and clean room requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

The base pay for this position ranges from $61,360/year in our lowest geographic market up to $75,920/year in our highest geographic market.
