We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Technician II to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing complex electronic and mechanical components, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and test electronic and mechanical components with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure lab equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
- Support preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems
- Identify equipment requirements and process improvements
- Execute test procedures for component and system level testing
- Receive and coordinate shipments and deliveries
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of relevant high-traceability manufacturing experience
- 2+ years of hands-on work experience in Electrical-Mechanical Assembly, Final Integration, and/or Harness Integration
- 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced production environment
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with precision torque, measurement, and inspection devices
- Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) and/or Avionics certification/license
- ASE certification and/or equivalent experience
- CFOT certification and/or equivalent experience
- Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware, and clean room requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Amazon is a total compensation company, offering a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $61,360/year in our lowest geographic market up to $75,920/year in our highest geographic market.
