About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SMB Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving product adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to drive customer success
  • Identify and address customer pain points, providing solutions and recommendations to drive customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in software or martech
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
