Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain documents and Flight Evaluation Folders (FEF) to ensure compliance with 11-2MDSV2 and AFI 11-202V2.
  • Collaborate with training officers to create, update, and review training records and folders.
  • Provide scheduling support for aircraft, academics, and training devices to meet AETC Instruction (AETCI) requirements.
  • Assist with permanent party faculty upgrade, development, currency, and qualification closeout.
  • Monitor local training/testing programs and waiver requests for staffing.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience working in a DoD flying unit.
  • US Citizen with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Minimum High School Graduation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite with emphasis on Excel.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances in a medium- to high-stress environment.

On-site work environment.
