We are currently seeking Team Leaders and General Managers in Training for various locations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, including, but not limited to the following:

Standing

Most tasks are performed while standing. The walking surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum in certain food preparation areas. Work surfaces are typically between 36" and 48" high.

Walking

Involves short distances for brief periods. Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle, as well as from the vehicle to the customer's location.

Sitting

Administrative tasks are generally completed at a desk or table in an office setting.

Lifting


Bulk product deliveries occur twice a week or more, requiring team members to unload using a hand truck.


Deliveries may consist of ingredient cases and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, with dimensions reaching 3' x 1.5'. Cases are typically lifted from the floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.



Carrying

Large cans weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces are transported from the workstation to storage.

Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is moved from storage to the front of the store.


Trays of pizza dough, weighing approximately 12 pounds each, are carried three at a time over short distances. During deliveries, pizzas and beverages are carried while performing walking and climbing duties.



Pushing

To maneuver trays placed on dollies.


A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24" - 30" high and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push. Trays may also be pulled.



Climbing

Team members may occasionally navigate stairs or climb ladders to change prices on signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance tasks.

During product delivery, navigating five or more flights of stairs may be necessary.
Stooping/Bending

Forward bending at the waist is required at the pizza assembly station.

Toe room is available, but workers cannot flex their knees while standing at this station.

This position may be held for several seconds at a time, repeated continuously throughout the day.

Forward bending is also necessary at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.

Crouching/Squatting

Occasionally performed to stock shelves and clean low areas.

Reaching

Reaching is performed continuously; up, down, and forward.


Workers may reach above 72" to operate oven controls, change prices on signs, and lift or lower objects to and from shelves.

Workers also reach down for tasks such as scooping ingredients or washing dishes.

Workers reach forward to obtain topping ingredients, clean work surfaces, or answer phones.

Driving

Deliver pizzas within a designated area. A team member may make several deliveries per shift.

Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids

Team members may be required to use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels.

Driving Specific Job Duties

Deliver products by car and to the customer's door.

Deliver promotional materials as needed.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.

Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes.
