Job Summary

The Electrophysiology Technologist I is responsible for assisting physicians with adult diagnostic and interventional Electrophysiology procedures. This role involves scrubbing and circulating in the Electrophysiology laboratory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians with Electrophysiology procedures
  • Scrub and circulate in the Electrophysiology laboratory
  • Obtain and maintain certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist
  • Obtain and maintain BLS and ACLS certifications
Requirements
  • Graduate of an associate or higher academic program in a related health science
  • Two years of full-time work experience in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization and/or cardiac electrophysiology laboratory
