Appliance Repair Technician

Kerenza Appliance Repair is a rapidly growing company dedicated to delivering exceptional service and expertise in the appliance repair industry.
We are an authorized service center for top brands, including Lacanche, La Cornue, Bertazzoni, U-Line, Marvel, Liebherr, Asko, LG, DCS, and Fisher & Paykel.
We are seeking an appliance repair technician apprentice with no prior experience required. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Diagnose and repair major brands of kitchen and laundry appliances
- Research and specify parts needed for repairs
- Provide cost estimates and collect payment from customers
- Ensure efficient use of materials and maintain company vehicles and equipment
- Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports
- Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions
Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Proficiency in navigating tablet-based technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous work
- Pass background and drug tests

As an appliance repair technician, you will work with a variety of appliances, including refrigerators, microwaves, and dryers. You will need to be knowledgeable about mechanical and electrical work, as well as plumbing.
A great appliance repair technician must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be able to troubleshoot problems effectively.
