Oncology Research Professional

We are seeking an experienced Research Nurse Clinician to join our team at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. As a member of our clinical trials team, you will play a crucial role in the success of our research studies by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing participant data, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve study goals.

Responsibilities
* Activate and manage new clinical trial protocols, including preparation of study materials and review of scientific reviews and approvals.
* Collaborate with the clinical research team to ensure timely participant screening and enrollment, as well as provision of clinical management to those on study.
* Maintain accurate records of participant data and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to address any issues that may arise during the study.
* Foster a collaborative environment within the research team and with external partners, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing to drive study success.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required; master's degree preferred.
* At least two years of experience in oncology and/or clinical trials management, preferably in a research setting.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The annual salary for this position is $128,224.08, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
