Job Overview

This full-time position as a Research Nurse Clinician requires exceptional collaboration and communication skills, working closely with investigators, patients, and the research team to ensure the successful conduct of clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology, proficiency in computer applications, and excellent organizational abilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Protocol Activation office to prepare and review study tools, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Screen and enroll study participants, reviewing patient charts and medical history to confirm protocol eligibility.
  • Provide protocol-related clinical management, serving as an essential link between patients and the research team.
  • Drive collaboration with integrated academic medical system staff to coordinate services and deliver timely care to patients.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a license to practice in New Jersey.
  • One year of oncology experience required.
  • Maintains active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $102,562.56 - $153,822.96 per annum, depending on experience.
