Key Responsibilities- Departmental Leadership:
- Develop and implement departmental strategies and goals
- Supervise faculty members and staff
- Mentor junior faculty members
- Research Initiatives:
- Promote collaborative research initiatives among faculty members
- Develop and implement innovative research projects
- Foster a culture of scholarship and publication among faculty members
- Education and Training:
- Teach and mentor students, residents, and fellows
- Develop and implement curricula and educational programs
- Foster a culture of lifelong learning among faculty members
- Service and Engagement:
- Serve on university committees and councils
- Represent the department in regional and national professional organizations
- Foster partnerships with external organizations and communities
Salary: $220,000 - $320,000 per annum
