  3. Assesses Student Needs, Progress, Expectations, Goals, etc.: Identify student needs and develop strategies to support their learning and development.
  4. Collaborates with School Personnel, Parents, and Various Community Agencies: Work with school staff, parents, and community agencies to provide support and resources that promote student success and well-being.
  5. Demonstrates Prompt and Regular Attendance: Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  6. Demonstrates Methods Required to Perform Assignments: Provide effective instruction and support to students.
  7. Exhibits Professionalism in All Job-Related Situations: Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with students, parents, and colleagues.
  8. Facilitates Preschool Students' Learning: Provide engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote student learning and development.
  9. Provides Instruction That Is Appropriate: Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  10. Accounts for Student Attendance and Punctuality: Monitor student attendance and punctuality.
  11. Directs the Conduct of Students: Maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
  12. Models Conversation, Manners, Clean-Up Activities, Listening Skills, etc.: Demonstrate positive behaviors and attitudes that promote student learning and development.
  13. Follows All County, State, and Federal Policies and Procedures: Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
  14. Meets Certification and Accreditation Standards: Maintain certification and accreditation requirements.
