As a Front Desk Associate at FirstService Residential, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our community. Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and assist residents, guests, and service providers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Emergency Response: Monitor and respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Security and Access Control: Monitor and control electronic security systems, and maintain accurate records and logs.
- Communication: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, and maintain effective relationships with residents, staff, and vendors.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure seamless operations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Two to three years of business experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
As a full-time associate, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and a 401(k) plan with company match. Occasional travel may be required for training and company functions.
Compensation: $22.00 per hour.
