Job Title: Senior Identity Engineer Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity Engineer to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a Senior Identity Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery and support of high-quality Identity and Access Management services while adhering to client standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities: * Implement Sailpoint IDNow solutions for clients * Configure and troubleshoot virtual appliances * Create identity profile transforms and connectors * Perform role-based provisioning * Conduct access reviews * Develop expertise in IDNow APIs * Onboard applications (Workday, Active Directory, Success Factor, ServiceNow, etc.) * Generate reports, SODs, and general policies * Communicate technical and functional aspects of the product and implementation to clients and partners Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience * 3-5 years of professional work experience in an enterprise software company or systems integrator * Experience with Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL * Experience with XML, SPML/SOAP, HTML, Web and Application Servers * Experience setting up and installing software on Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, Client, AIX) platforms * Experience with databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.) * Experience with directories (LDAP, AD) Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft) * Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (SailPoint IIQ, etc.) * Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC) * Excellent communication skills and experience working with clients and partners * Experience with QA duties (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases, and test plans) * Security software or internal IT audit experience * Learning agility to be cross-trained About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
