At Crazy Paws Veterinary Hospital Inc, we're seeking a skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our hospital staff, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional client care and ensuring a positive experience for our patients and their owners.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service, answering phone calls, and responding to client inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Prepare patient files, receive and relay client correspondence, and update client financial records accurately.
  • Admit patients, handle medical records entries, and prepare client invoices for services performed.
  • Handle payment transactions, receive and relay telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working as a Veterinary Receptionist/CSR is preferred but not required.
  • Significant experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment.
