Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets and escorts guests to tables, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assists in preparing the restaurant for service, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Directs and implements a philosophy that aligns with our company culture, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Communicates effectively with management and team members, fostering open and respectful communication.
  • Models and executes company practices, creating a high-energy environment for guests and team members alike.
  • Ensures prompt and friendly service, adhering to company guidelines and standards.
  • Maintains complete knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Ensures compliance with state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors and intoxicated patrons.
  • Maintains complete knowledge of property layouts, table setups, and menu items.
Requirements:
  • One to two years of experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining concentration and thinking clearly when providing service to multiple guests.
  • Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
