Wound Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Korzen Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with our experienced clinicians to provide comprehensive wound care services to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform wound assessments, debridements, and dressings
- Treat patients with a variety of wound types, including diabetic foot ulcers and venous leg ulcers
- Collaborate with our hyperbaric oxygen therapy team to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote wound healing and improve patient outcomes
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a procedural environment
- MSN, Board certified, and DEA license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
