Revolutionize Quality Engineering

The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for developing and deploying cutting-edge quality engineering tools to revolutionize process reliability. This includes developing and deploying SPC, AQL, and CPk tools to improve process control and reduce defects.

Drive Continuous Improvement

The Senior Quality Engineer will lead continuous improvement initiatives to supercharge productivity, slash scrap rates, and cut down on rework. This includes partnering with inspection, shop floor, Materials Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to tackle challenges and enhance processes.

Mentor and Collaborate

The Senior Quality Engineer will mentor teams in top-tier manufacturing practices and propel Quality Management System enhancements. This includes working with engineering and office staff to refine quality standards and tackle contract reviews.

Lead Change and Advancement

The Senior Quality Engineer will oversee RMA and CAPA processes, driving progress and ensuring thorough documentation and resolution. This includes specifying and recommending state-of-the-art measurement and non-destructive testing equipment to ensure top-notch documentation and calibration.
