Job Overview

Renu, LLC is a leading turn-key renovation and restoration contractor serving the multifamily housing and hospitality industries. We specialize in full interior and exterior projects, providing services throughout the country.

As a Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of marketing and advertising activities. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior data, and creating reports on marketing and sales metrics.

You will work closely with Renu's sales and business development team to identify new opportunities and build client relationships for multifamily and hospitality renovations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage company social media accounts to maintain a strong online presence
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
  • Communicate effectively with clients and prospects at all levels
  • Develop a basic understanding of construction materials and renovation processes
  • Assist with prospect cold calling and email campaigns
  • Collaborate with SEO and Email Drip Campaign contractors to optimize marketing efforts
  • Work with internal departments to ensure requests are addressed
  • Analyze consumer behavior data to inform marketing strategies
  • Identify new potential clients and vet their potential with the Director of Business Development
  • Develop advertising materials using design and marketing tools
  • Assist with planning and organizing promotional and trade show events
  • Maintain organized records and reports of marketing metrics and results
  • Assist with internal branding and apparel
  • Develop monthly internal company newsletters
  • Foster employee participation in social media promotional support
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of proven marketing experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent, college degree in Marketing preferred
  • Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Acrobat, and other marketing and CRM platforms
  • Understanding of SEO keywords and website analytics
  • LinkedIn navigation and marketing strategies
  • Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Some weekends required, when necessary
  • Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Highly creative, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent time management

This is an onsite position based in Carrollton, TX, with the flexibility to work from home one day a week. Weekly Monday lunches are provided in the office, and daily snacks and drinks are available to fuel your creativity and productivity.

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, sitting, using hands to handle objects, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, and talking or hearing. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
