We are in search of a skilled Administrative Support Specialist.

Work Hours: 24 hours per week

Shift:
Day shift; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Location:
Emergency Room - St. Luke's Hospital

Key Responsibilities:


Under the general supervision of the Director or designated representative, utilize various software applications to create, transcribe, and type a range of documents for the Director and other Patient Services leadership, including correspondence, meeting minutes, agendas, memos, directives, and annual reports.

Manage phone communications by screening calls, taking and relaying messages, and addressing a variety of inquiries, informational requests, and issues within the scope of your responsibilities.

Welcome, screen, and direct visitors. Manage incoming mail by receiving, opening, prioritizing, and distributing it. Collaborate with senior management and medical staff, including client physician offices. Support various operational efforts across the organization, including IT, Legal, HR, and Marketing.

Qualifications:
- An Associate's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
- Proficient in various software applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
- A minimum of three (3) years of related experience is required.


Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or qualify for an exemption for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying your choice to be exempt from vaccination upon hiring.


Compensation:
USD $29.12 per hour
