Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision and Support: Provide ongoing supervision and support to our team of behavior analysts and therapists to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of care and adhering to our company's policies and procedures.
  • Client Care: Work closely with our clients and their families to understand their needs and develop personalized treatment plans that meet their goals and objectives.
  • Team Management: Manage and coordinate the work of our team members, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all services provided by our team meet the highest standards of quality and adhere to our company's policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our clients, families, and team members to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism and related disabilities.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong clinical background and experience in implementing ABA strategies, including NET, DTT, PECS, and PRT. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Certifications and Licenses: BCaBA certification and a valid driver's license.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced clinical office and home environment, with occasional travel to client locations.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and circulate for extended periods, with occasional lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds.
