Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Medication Management: Help with medication reminders and administering prescribed medications
  • Mobility Assistance: Aid with walking, transferring between bed and chair, and using mobility aids
  • Meal Preparation: Plan, cook, and serve nutritious meals based on dietary needs and preferences
  • Housekeeping: Perform light cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and laundry
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support, engage in conversation, and participate in recreational activities
  • Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in health conditions, including vital signs if required
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of care activities, including medication administration and changes in health status
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years of caregiving experience required
  • Location: Must be willing to work in Montgomery County South East
  • Transportation: Own vehicle or reliable transportation required
  • Health Tests: 2-step PPD (last 12 months) or chest X-ray (last 2 years) or QuantiFERON Gold Test
