Position OverviewFaithful Home Care Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join our dedicated caregiving team. The ideal candidate must be compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality care to our clients. ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care, including bathing and grooming, and assist with activities of daily living.Assist in meal preparation.Collaborate with the Caregiver Supervisor to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.Help the client maintain orderliness and cleanliness in the house.Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the agency.Provides companionship to the client.Perform all other tasks as needed by the client.QualificationsCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experienceValid CPR and First Aid certificationA valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and current auto insurance are requiredPhysical and PPD RequiredBackground Checks shall be performedCOVID Vaccination CardAbility to work independently and as part of a caregiving teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA Hoyer lift experience is requiredShiftDay Shift | WeekdaysEvening Shift | WeekdaysWeekend ShiftLocation Ambler, Pennsylvania (Montgomery County)King of Prussia (Montgomery County)Flourtown (Montgomery County)Erdenheim (Montgomery County)Philadelphia areaDoylestown (Bucks County)CompensationHourly rate TBD based on experience and qualificationsWhat's in it for youCompetitive compensationFlexible schedulingPaid Time-OffPaid OvertimeOpportunities for professional development and trainingEmployee Referral BonusSupportive and collaborative work environmentCOVID-19 considerationsVaccination is strongly encouraged.
