Your responsibilities will include assessing client needs, recommending suitable coverage options, and building strong relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.

**Training is on site and it will likely shift to a remote role gradually**

Compensation: Licensed with experience - $20/hr plus potential incentives. Unlicensed with insurance/medicare experience (5 Open Positions) - $17.50/hr.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Answer inbound calls from prospects, existing members, and brokers.
  • Provide sales consultation, including needs analysis, plan comparison, and complete provider and RX look-ups.
  • Schedule seminar reservations, broker appointments, and process fulfillment requests using documented procedures.
  • Complete telephonic enrollment and provide broker support.
  • Update CRM and document call outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Must have active PA Accident & Health license.
  • Prior experience selling Medicare Plans (required).
  • Prior call center experience and/or experience assisting clients via phone support (preferred).
