Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Preferred Professional Services (PPS) Agency. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
  • Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

Requirements
  • Valid CT State LPN license
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
