LPN Job Requirements:

Health Advocates Network, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team in a Skilled Nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Long-Term care setting and an active, current LPN license in the applicable state or reciprocation.

LPN Job Responsibilities:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. You will also be required to maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.

LPN Qualifications:

To be considered for this LPN job, you must have a degree from an accredited school of Nursing and BLS through American Heart Association or equivalent. You will also be required to have 1+ years' full-time LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing facility.
