We are seeking a skilled LPN LVN to join our team at Providence Child Center. As a Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an approved school for practical nurses.
- Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of LPN experience.
